How long does shipping take?
We typically have 2-3 day’s processing window to fully verify and fulfill your order.
Following this your package will be shipped to you between 7 and 9 business days.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one? 
We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific
items. Because of this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the
rest of your ordered products. So rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive
at once, the rest of your order is on its way!

How do I track my package?
We provide our customers with a tracking number after their purchase has been
processed which can be tracked through the tracking website. Please note that it
can take up to several days for the tracking information to be updated on their website

I did not get a tracking number, what do i do?
Once your order has been completely processed, we will email you a tracking number
(typically within 2-3 days of your purchase). If you did not get a tracking number after
6 days of your order you can simply request yours through our contact form or via email
(support@tikiring.com) and we will gladly provide you with one.

Defective Product?

If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, Allurefy will cover related costs to deliver a replacement.
